Privacy Policy

Idexal is local-first. The app runs on your machine, and your source code, model keys, and project data stay on your hardware — they are not sent to us.

The only personal data we collect is what you give us directly: your email address, if you join the early-access list.

Waitlist email. When you join early access, we store the email address you submit so we can send you a download link and product updates.

Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may be collected on this website (page views) to understand traffic. We do not build advertising profiles.

Your code. Idexal does not upload your repositories, files, or diffs to us.

Your model keys. API keys you configure stay in your local configuration on your machine.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

To send you your early-access download link and occasional, relevant product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Model providers. When you use Idexal with a provider (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) or a local model, your prompts go directly from your machine to the provider you chose, under their terms. We are not in that path.

Infrastructure. This website and the waitlist are hosted on Vercel and use a Neon (PostgreSQL) database to store waitlist emails securely.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email from our waitlist at any time. Just contact us and we will action it promptly.
